Disarm

Manage various teams comprising of emergency services and armed forces to best deal with an active shooter situation. Which can include various operations relying on multiple services working in tandem. 

Players take on the role of an operations lead or sort of overseer role, dictating how best to manage their teams and defuse the situation. With limited units/people to specialize into roles (or simply a unit cap) and those teams being limited in their capacity and other resources they may require in order to operate. 

Players can also join in on the action, when not getting an aerial view or working off of comms, they can A: View footage from their boots on the ground or B: Assume control of a unit/member of the unit.

Integrated Base Defense is of high importance. Forces and resources are not infinite and appropriate planning and training is crucial to maintain installation integrity and maintain Integrated Base Defense effectiveness. For use in an active shooting scenario.
